"The hotel & room were fine but it took quite a long time for the room’s ac to cool the room down. I overheard another couple complaining about the AC as well. The breakfast was just ok. The other Best Western in Berlin had a better breakfast based on prior experiences at the Berlin BW (waffle option, better eggs, better sausage & better bacon). Overall a positive experience & a good value. The cost of the Berlin BW room was slightly more which was the reason I chose the Hartford BW. "
