"Nice room, very spacious, comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, clean. the staff was helpful. The only complaint was there were persons right next to our room, outside talking loudly for quite awhile, and one other person around the corner from our room, talking on the phone loudly for quite awhile; staff did address it promptly. Other than that it was a nice stay. Would recommend it. GOD Bless!"

"Honestly the hotel was fine. It was confusing because online it said there was food available for purchase but I was never told how that all worked so I ended up going out to get food because there wasn't anybody at the coffee bar area. The front desk people were amazing. Just a little disappointed to have paid so much and with very minimal amenities"

"decent place to stay, staff helpful, shuttle to/from CVG convenient. only feedback is giant water fountain in lobby is so loud, made desire to hang out there for cup of coffee or dining at restaurant nearly intolerable. i feel sorry for staff who work in that area…definitely unneeded noise pollution."
