"I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. While staying there I commented to my daughter how happy I was with my stay there. It was a perfect choice and you can’t go wrong, "

"This is simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The place is immaculate from the public areas to the pool area to the rooms. The staff are courteous, competent, and attentive. I have stayed in hotels which were much more expensive and not nearly as well managed and pleasant to stay in. I like Holiday Inn Express but this one exceeded my expectations by a mile. 5 solid stars! 10 out of 10! I'll definitely be back! "

"I really wanted to love this stay because the location of the property is fantastic and put us right where we needed to be. However, the logistical and health-standard issues made it impossible to give a higher rating.
The parking was an absolute headache. The layout is cramped and frustrating, which is a stressful way to start and end every day. The main reason for the low rating, however, was the breakfast. I found mold in the breakfast scones, which is completely unacceptable."

"Parking was good. Staff at check-in was OK but less than friendly. Within 10 minutes inside the room, I sat down on the corner of the bed and cut my left Achilles area with a steel part of the bedframe hanging out underneath a mattress cover.
Of course, I went down to the lobby, reported the incident and had to ask for a form to fill out. But first I had to locate the on duty lobby staff person who was outside, leaning against a pillar on her cell phone while smoking a cigarette.
