"Our stay at Hyatt Place was horrible! It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. When we got there the closest door was cracked and we couldn’t close it. The floors were very dirty and one of my blankets had a huge hole in it. On the first day only one of the beds got set, so the next day I wrote a note that said “please set my bed this time.
