"My wife and I chose this location to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary. We loved our stay at the Inn! The staff greeted us on the porch as we pulled up to the house. We stayed in the Arbor Room and loved every aspect of relaxing in the house when we were not touring Asheville. The porches meant as much to us as our own room for just enjoying cookies and coffee, and chatting with the other guests. If you stay several days, everyone feels like family. We would certainly stay here again...

"Loved my home away from home while visiting Asheville. The property is secluded and feels private but still very walkable to the restaurants and downtown attractions. The staff was just the best- super friendly and shared so many great restaurant and event suggestions. The daily breakfast was so delicious as well- I truly loved my stay here - not enough great things to say!"

"My stay at the Kimpton Arras was amazing! I travel with my cat and this was our 4th time at this particular Kimpton - upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite! It was so comfortable and I love the view of downtown Asheville from the extra large bathroom! The bed is soooo soft - I must find out where the mattress and sheets are from! I especially love the hotel lobby at nighttime because that’s when it gets really active, starting with wine hour. I could also freely let my cat walk...

"Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise...

"It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

"Room view was amazing. Could see whole mountain range from 12th floor. Great walking distance to everything downtown. Valet was affordable and VERY quick to get car. Felt incredibly safe my entire time as a solo female traveller."
