"My stay at the Kimpton Arras was amazing! I travel with my cat and this was our 4th time at this particular Kimpton - upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite! It was so comfortable and I love the view of downtown Asheville from the extra large bathroom! The bed is soooo soft - I must find out where the mattress and sheets are from! I especially love the hotel lobby at nighttime because that’s when it gets really active, starting with wine hour. I could also freely let my cat walk...

"We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on and we enjoyed being able to walk to the coffee shop down the street, as well as the easy access to the art district, and the parking garage connected to the hotel. We named the upstairs tenant “Thunderfoot” because whoever was up there was either extremely heavy footed or the floor was extremely thin. "My wife and I chose this location to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary. We loved our stay at the Inn! The staff greeted us on the porch as we pulled up to the house. We stayed in the Arbor Room and loved every aspect of relaxing in the house when we were not touring Asheville. The porches meant as much to us as our own room for just enjoying cookies and coffee, and chatting with the other guests. If you stay several days, everyone feels like family. We would certainly stay here again...

"Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise...
