"The hotel was nice and clean, and service was good. The breakfast was good, only they were out of paper plates, but they were able to find a small amount from somewhere, I guess a little bit of complaining helps."

"The room was nice and clean, very spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a shared indoor/outdoor, we did not use but did get in the hot tub! Very nice. Clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good! They even offer a soft drink machine with coke products! It’s also open in the evenings and they have popcorn for a late afternoon snack! Nice treat! Safe area of St Louis with shopping and eating options within a 5 minute or so drive!"

"I was told I wouldn't be getting keys till the next day. Anytime I wanted in my room an employee would let me in. I obviously said that was unacceptable and wasnt staying there. They said they would still charge me for the room as it was a non refundable reservation. Last time I stayed here it was just atrocious. I had forgotten that whole event until I pulled up. Never ever again. But the lady at the front desk was nice. "

"I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. "The room we were assigned to, the floor was sticky and had spilled liquid. Reported this to the front desk, and she blew me off. The breakfast staff was excellent with a few mishaps with (1) coffee maker operating, and no cranberry juice."

"The property was just okay, as it was a little dated. All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast area was kinda dirty, and the floor was sticky too. The TV service was broken for a few hours the first day, and on my last two days, one of the two elevators was broken, so it took quite a while to get up to the room."

"This was the most awful experience ever got there on Thursday April 23rd and got in the room a none smoking room someone had been smoking got moved to another room it hqd bed bigs have proof videos and pictures had to stay there wasnt any hotels available because of a event in town left as fast as we could Saturday April 25th "
