"I specifically booked a king suite and paid extra for it but was given a double queen suite. There was stains on the couch and ottoman that were not fresh. There was a tile missing in the bathroom. Outside of that, everything was fine."

"Old. Damp smell, sheets didn't smell clean at all. Chipped paint and doors, sloppy paint, old drafty windows. Needs a total gut job. Bunch of ppl I was afraid to encounter there with old bearer cars. Think of an old grungy hotel you see in the movies where hookers live. Or the guy on the run hides out....."

"The room was clean and organized. The hotel was also conveniently located near the I-80 highway. It’s in a quiet and secluded area with easy access for travelers in the road. However, there isn’t a free breakfast and there are no microwaves in the room, so be aware before booking."

I left my daughters pop on the tv stand and left the room for maybe 45 mins and when we returned it was covered.. the front desk said there was no one to clean them and no other rooms available, then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they can do.
