"Really lovely little gem in the centre of Leicester. It was giving boutique hotel vibes and despite us only being in the room for a short period, it was lovely and reasonably priced. We didn’t realise we had to book a parking space though and ended up parking opposite in the hospital multi storey. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and we had a snug smaller sized room but would visit again for sure! "Great location, staff and room. Only downside was that they do not accept walk in reservations at the reception. Reservations must be booked online. You can book it whilst in the hotel lobby from your phone though."

"Large car park at rear but it was a large pub. Friendly staff and clean room. Food was good and well priced which was shown by how busy it was in the restaurant. The only negative at all for this pub/hotel was that when clearing tables after diners had left the waitress used what cutlery was left on the table to make it up ready for the next diners. How did she know that the previous people didn't sneeze on it or handle it? Not nice in my opinion"

"Good basic no frills hotel. Rooms and very small but quiet. Annoying that they charge for parking but don't police the car park for diesel vans in electric car spaces and disabled spaces. Out of a generous 8 electric parking bays 5 of them had been used by diesel and petrol vehicles"
