"Access to our room was easy. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good and near restaurants and the public pier. There is a lanai with tables and chairs for dining and a view of a small horse ranch bordered by the ocean. "

"I think that the housekeeping and customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help us out. 4 starts because we had a fire alarm test ignoring Do Not Disturb signs. Also 10:00am is a very inconvenient checkout time. I didn’t realize it was more of a timeshare owned property and I feel there are some negatives that come with that. Positives were a fridge, nearly full kitchen and washer and dryer."

"Nice, clean, well-maintained property in the Wailua area, Plantation Hale Suites is located near Kapa'a and about 15-20 min from the airport. There are a number of restaurants and food places nearby, and the Suites are a five-minute walk to the beach. The Suites have pools, BBQ areas, and laundry facilities. The only "bad" thing about my stay is that the suite was not ready at the check-in time of 4:00pm; otherwise, I liked this property and would most likely stay there again."

"Outstanding,vibrant, relaxed, fun vintage vibe here with all the conveniences, and a staff that has exceptional, friendly customer service skills. I normally stay at a much larger more expensive hotel, or local Vrbo, however, I saw the rating was exceptional and I had been to the on-site restaurant lava lava to eat previously & had loved the vibe then so I thought I would try it out.
