"Outstanding,vibrant, relaxed, fun vintage vibe here with all the conveniences, and a staff that has exceptional, friendly customer service skills. I normally stay at a much larger more expensive hotel, or local Vrbo, however, I saw the rating was exceptional and I had been to the on-site restaurant lava lava to eat previously & had loved the vibe then so I thought I would try it out. "It was ok. Shower didnr work wekl and couldn't get them to fix it. Continental breakfast was grab and go cold cereal, granola bars, yogurt etc. The pool waz nice"

"Nice, clean, well-maintained property in the Wailua area, Plantation Hale Suites is located near Kapa'a and about 15-20 min from the airport. There are a number of restaurants and food places nearby, and the Suites are a five-minute walk to the beach. The Suites have pools, BBQ areas, and laundry facilities. The only "bad" thing about my stay is that the suite was not ready at the check-in time of 4:00pm; otherwise, I liked this property and would most likely stay there again."

"I think that the housekeeping and customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help us out. 4 starts because we had a fire alarm test ignoring Do Not Disturb signs. Also 10:00am is a very inconvenient checkout time. I didn’t realize it was more of a timeshare owned property and I feel there are some negatives that come with that. Positives were a fridge, nearly full kitchen and washer and dryer."
