"Overall good. Was told we could not stand in the Parking lot, and checkout instructions were vague. But a fabulous location- everything in walking distance! And very clean!"

"Travelled alone and stayed at the inn. It’s clean, modern, beds are so comfy, you can walk to allRestaurants and the beach. There are reserved spots for each room which was a bonus. "

"We loved our stay at this quaint little cottage. Clean, well-stocked, warm and comfortable. Beaches, restaurants, shopping, all within a very short distance. Truly a hidden treasure. We hope to return in the near future. "

"Nice place to stay for a few days. We rented 2 units, enjoyed the location (close to town, beach and restaurants) and complex had a pool/hot tub. Rated 4 bc few minor issues, the floors are very thin so you can hear anyone walking around the condos above you very easily, in one unit-both hair dryers didn’t work, and the other unit smelled a bit like smoke. Overall, I would stay again. "

"The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We had a great time walking the beach and being so close to town. Would stay again, if ever back in Wells!"

"Lovely home directly on the beach where we were able to make incredible memories. This home has absolutely everything you could possibly want from a kite to fly to multiple beach chairs to every possible toy that your children would wanna play with including adults. The kitchen is outfitted with great appliances a gas grill on the deck with piped in propane. There truly is very little that you would need or want when you stay in this home.
