"Safe and clean hotel "

"We had a great time at the resort. The accommodation was clean, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and kind. The pool is sweet with a little beach entry. My son found it a little young for him (age 11) as there were so many younger kids but may have been the time of year we visited. He was a big fan of the free arcade! We visited main beach daily, about a 5 minute drive. There isn't much to walk to but we had a car and they do offer a free shuttle. "

"Same breakfast everyday at this hotel. Filthy smelly parking area. Old building and swimming pool with no sections for kids. Not recommended for families with kids."

"Outstanding hotel most worthy of 5 stars. The only disclaimer is construction of adjacent buildings, obviously outside of the control of this excellent hotel, could be noisy if you sleep past 8 AM. Otherwise most highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again next visit to Sydney."

"Clean room, kids friendly atmosphere, but restaurants ( main and pizza one) still not good. Poor choice of kids menu, everything is very oily and not really for kids. We are here 5th time and it’s not that you are expecting in such big resort. Breakfast buffet is big, but not really interesting. Also the restaurant next to the water, which used to be good still closed. The only good one for us was Japanese restaurant, but it’s working not all week."

"Room was clean but a bit dated. The staff were so lovely at check in and check out. The room cleaners always said good morning and tidied up our room each day. It was nice to visit during the Easter break as there were lots of families with kids also enjoying the hotel and its facilities but it also wasn't over crowded. I would stay here again. My kid loved the pools and the playground. We also utilised the kids club for one night and my daughter seemed to have fun as it was the first time she...

"The staff were friendly and explained how to locate the room. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, I had a great nights sleep. There was ample space to park a 4x4 vehicle directly outside the room. Had dinner at the on site restaurant, service was excellent and there was a good selection of meals to choose. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. We will definitely stay again if we travel to Sydney again. "
