"The hotel’s location is convenient. It’s an older property so I expect to see some age on the building itself. It’s nice that there’s parking. The room was spacious but not clean. The doors and walls are filthy, with finger prints and grim around the door knobs. The floor was sticky and all surfaces needed to be washed down. The hotel makes you sign several documents that advise of a fine for smoking in the room, yet the room reeked of pot. The room was in need of maintenance attention…...

"We went to a show at the Capital Theater and this place was very convenient. Had a nice dinner in walking distance as well.
The building is old and kind of gross, but the apartment itself was very nice, modern, and clean."

"This property is owned by the same group where I had an excellent experience last year. This year, however, missed the mark and I was utterly disappointed. First, it lacked timely communication for my check in. Once I was in after making a lengthy phone call to VRBO to get a hold of the host, I was greeted by the smell of stale pizza most likely due to the pizza shop across the street as a window had been left cracked open.
