"First of all, the name of the property was different from what was shown on my reservation. The person at the front desk just kept saying that they were only there temporarily and did nothing to resolve the situation.
I had booked three rooms, but one of them had not even been cleaned. In the end, we had no choice but to find another place to stay.
It was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again."

"The room was great. It was clean and met our needs. However, the traffic outside was so loud and there were only cheap blinds on the windows. So light shown in the room all night. I slept with ear plugs and an eye mask on. Also, it is campus housing for several colleges. On the weekend, there was a lot of noise and the floor smelled of weed. However, everything was clean and well furnished and it was close to a metro."

"The night of arrival. We did not have towels or washcloths. The internet service in our room was nonexistent. We messaged the host with no reply, We did arrive after 9pm so we had to wait until the next morning to speak with the front desk."

"severe issues with my stay Gallery Bethesda 2 for the dates of August 7-9. After driving 14 hours from Wisconsin to drop my daughter off at Howard University, my family and I arrived exhausted and looking forward to relaxing. Instead, we have encountered a series of unacceptable problems.
First, the garage key was missing from my check-in envelope. While customer service offered a reimbursement for alternative parking, I should not have to pay out-of-pocket for an amenity I already covered....
