"Hotel and breakfast staff were great. Always helpful and nice. Rooftop restaurant could have been better. The website didnt say anything about reservations but staff pushed it hard and didnt want to sit us until we stated we only wanted drinks. Lower restaurant was a little slow too. Gym was closed the whole time I was there which looked like it would have been great to use if they didnt have it closed. The wall paper was peeling in the hall way. The room was big spacious and clean."

"When we arrived there was aplumbing issue and they couldn't rent the room and offered NO assistance in finding another room. We were left with no room and sleeping in the car. The issue was with using EXPEDIA. WE WONT USE THEM AGAIN."

"The room when I first got there looked like they hadn’t changed the sheets and there was small bits of trash on the floor as if it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for it to be cleaned and they cleaned it with new sheets and everything."

"You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. "it states there is a kitchen, but threre is nothing in there. no dishes, pans, silverware. BUT you can buy all it from them.. Also there were no cold water. You take out your garbage to the outside bin, and You change your sheets, take them down to lobby and get a clean pair and change your bed yourself. Staff was nie and friendly."

"The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...
