"Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area."

Breakfast daily on the front stone terrace… dinner on the rear patio fantastic! The owners & staff were very friendly & accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend"

"Das Hotel in erster Linie ist nicht zu überragen, weshalb der Preis lediglich darauf basiert. Die Zimmer hingegen sind eher schlicht und klein. Wir hatten ein großes Premium-Zimmer mit Seeblick, trotzdem war das Badezimmer minimalistisch und auch der Raum insgesamt eher klein. Der TV hatte gefühlt schon knapp 15 Jahre hinter sich und war nur etwa 27–30 Zoll groß. Das Telefon an der Rezeption war mit seinen vermutlich 30 Jahren ebenfalls interessant anzusehen, da es schon abgenutzt...

"We came here as a home base to see lake como, bellagio and the local gardens and it was perfect for myself and my 2 college age kids. We had the 1 bdrm apt and it was perfect! The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival. The buffet breakfast buffet was amazing, we took pics in the garden, close to bus stop to town, and the spa we reserved for the 3 of us which had a great jacuzzi, steam and sauna...

"Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one. Very quite hotel. Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out. Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it. The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake. We will be back in the future. Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness. "

"Wir waren nach langen wieder mal da, aber leider ist die Zeit dort stehen geblieben. Die Preise haben sich sehr stark nach oben entwickelt, aber an der Ausstattung und Umfeld wurde nichts investiert. Die Essenqualität und das Ambiente ist für italienische Verhältnisse nicht berauschend. Auch das Frühstück ist nicht mehr so wie früher. Man muss nun seine Speisen bestellen. Bei uns war ca. 1 Std vor Ende nur noch Reste vom Obst und Gemüsebuffet vorhanden. Was mich persönlich extrem verärgert hat,...
