"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nesuto Canberra while attending the NAIDOC basketball tournament for our son. The staff were absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine care and positive attitude made us feel right at home.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location, making our busy tournament weekend so much easier. A big thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay...

"We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for one night. The room facilities were outdated, and many items were broken or in poor condition. The sofa was also dirty, which made the apartment feel poorly maintained. On a positive note, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming."

"Excellent location, in the city centre, within walking distance of so much.
The room is a great design, spacious with very useful kitchen and dining facilities. Very comfortable for my extended stay.
Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.
My only concern was cleaning. Room was not vacuumed over my 19 night stay, toilet and general bathroom cleanliness not great."
