Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort
"イベント時期で混雑しているからか、スタッフが確認して後で連絡すると言っても全然連絡なく、再度電話するも電話に出ない。やっと繋がっても待てと言われ続けて初日の貴重な時間を無駄時間に費やしてしまった。電話に出ないのは忙しくなさそうな時期も同じだったので、お国柄かデュシタニの教育不足かと思われる。 コネクティングルームの希望ができるということで予約したが、コネクティングルームを用意したと言われたのに隣同士の部屋なだけでコネクティングルームではなく、結局高額な追加料金を払ってスイートルームにしてもらった。 掃除は毎日何かが足りず、電話して持ってきてもらう必要あり。 シャワーは温度調整が難しく、一定の温度を保 たないので、熱くなったり冷たくなったりを諦めるしか無かった。 ..."
