"The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby and bar area was beautiful, and my room was so cute! I got a tiny room and it was just right for a solo overnight stay. Toiletries were lovely and I got to use the spa area soaking tub as well. The location is so close to everything. The only drawback was the street parking, but I was able to find a close spot each time I parked."

"Upon arrival the receptionist was nice and she promised that she will move us to a new room facing the river the next morning. Next morning the receptionist was not friendly and grumpy. We did end up getting a new room in afternoon, but her customer service was terrible. This probably would be the last time for us there!"

"Disappointed in our day was really gross even to look at on our first night. Stay there this morning. We woke up two in our bed as well as all the nightstand. I reported it to the front desk and it came on or did something but yet the very next day we still woke up to ants but just not as many. I would not stay here again."
