"We stayed 2 nights at $250.00 a night, more than what I usually spend; however, it had free breakfast and a pool so I justified it since it was Easter weekend. The pool was full of things from the trees. I mean covered the entire pool & the filters were full of them. Also the chairs & surrounding area was littered with tree droppings. I asked for it to be cleaned & waited with my kids for an hour and then left. They know this is an issue & should have the trees hung with something to catch...

There is no hotel lobby or in person check-in, but the online system works really well and there are staff both near by and a text away. The team is very kind and helpful. "I don't know about pets. The airport shuttle was easily found. Sunday night when I was returning my rental car to the airport they did not have a shuttle running so they volunteered a Lyft ride which made everything very easy."

"Arrived for a 3 pm checkin and didn't get our room until 5 pm. Reserved a king bed and received two double beds. Very small room and can hear everything and everyone in the hallway. Valet is a requirement and you have to have the car brought around every time you need something out of the car. The Starbucks baristas are enormously rude, ignore you, people who had paid where actually leaving without their drinks, orders took over 30 minutes to receive every time, rooms enormously overpriced for...
