"Good location and good atmosphere overall. I will say that the hallways do not have AC so it was kind of sweltering in the halls, but the room AC was fine. It is somewhat older so the normal wear and tear of time is a little evident but clean overall. The best thing about this place was the friendly staff, very customer oriented and helpful."

"Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy."

"I wanted to give 5 stars because all of the really important things were perfect. My only knocks were no microwave in the room (have to use the one in lobby), and only one box of Kleenex in the bathroom instead of a second in the main room. It should also be mentioned that of the three elevators for 12 floors, only 1 or 2 of 3 elevators were operational most of my 4-day stay. "This inn is definitely not “quality.” Positives - there is a pool, washer works and takes credit card, there’s is a breakfast, towels & bedding clean. Negatives - breakfast had limited everything - ended up eating elsewhere, cockroaches everywhere in laundry room, dryer didn’t work and ate my quarters (so I had a pile of wet clothes), unhelpful front desk - told me to call their laundry contractor for help (I did and was informed contractor fixed dryers after we left), refused to let me use...

"Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive. Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away. Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends."
