"BED BUGS... Worst hotel ive ever been to staff were disrespectful and wouldn't give us a different room so we left the rooms were dirty and never maintained."

"Excellent location 4 blocks South of Plaza de Armas. Typical 3 Star accommodation, nothing particularly special, but nothing bad either."

"Old hotel and very noisy"

"It is a classical building (20th century) with classical furniture. Very well located if you want to stay downtown. Walking distance to the main square and attractions."

"I really enjoyed the customer service , the spa and the pool . It’s a really beautiful building"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location that isn’t Miraflores. Hotel is new with awesome rooms on offer and made me feel very welcomed (was my first time being in Lima). Location-wise, if you want to be closer to the ocean, go to Miraflores but if you’d enjoy a little walk, uber or bus, go here."
