"Friendly checkin experience. Happy to find a gym but the elliptical and bike need maintenance/repair. No towels or cups for water and wall paper was peeling. Treadmill worked but old, rusted and filthy. Lovely large vase and large woven rug on the wall were impressive art pieces on display."

"I stayed for 3 nights in a single room. The staff was nice but the first room I was assigned was extremely dirty. They did switch me to a clean room with no fuss thankfully. The new room was clean. It had a microwave and fridge, both were not as clean as I would have liked but not very dirty. The fridge in the room had a freezer which was unexpected but nice. There was a lot of noise outside at night for some reason. The room came with small things of shampoo and conditioner which was nice....

"The room was quite big. 2 queens and a pull out bed, perfect for a family of 7. Breakfast was hot, fresh and good. Definitely would stay here again. "

"Stayed at the Colonial Inn in Seekonk, MA during a trip to Providence, RI, Newport, RI and Fall River, MA, this location was very convenient to all 3 locations, Motel room was clean, had all the conveniences of home, it was bright and newly redecorated, quiet and had easy parking. Price point was great for the value! Highly recommend."

"Hotel was convenient for getting to downtown Providence but without the downtown prices. B’fast was good - hot and good variety. The rooms are decent-sized and beds are comfy. Front desk staff was very nice, too."
