"We loved our stay at this cozy, charming cabin! It felt like being in a treehouse—peaceful and surrounded by nature. The cabin has a rustic feel with all the modern amenities, including super comfortable beds. We especially loved having coffee on the deck and listening to the birds. The location was perfect, and we’d absolutely stay again!"

"Hosts Doug and his wife were great! Friendly and very accommodating. The loft is spotless and comfortable furniture. Large hammock. Great clean bathroom and shower. Location to Newport and other attractions is super easy. Would highly recommend. "

"A charming carriage house overlooking the bay offers a cozy stay in very walkable Bristol. With a beautiful garden, you’re a block from the water and all attractions. Our host Cara was responsive, and our stay was exactly what we hoped."

"Extremely clean. Up to date. Quiet ,private and very comfortable. Large upsatirs living and dinning area gives plenty of room for enjoyment. Nice outdoor space. Close to stores. Really enjoyed our stay. Gary was very accomodating and responded quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Beautiful well appointed, comfortable home on the water. Thoughtfully furnished to maximize water views and the lovely breeze. Owner was very responsive and supplied all needed information. "

"Great parts.1. Full stocked2. Great location3. Quaint and cozy4. Very good customer service( they didn't leave the beach pass but did a great job sending a pic and communicating) Bad parts1. Great yard but it was not mowed2. No grill ( they do have a charcoal grill they said but who want to deal with that for 3 days. Get a gas grill please)3. Lights upstairs were on different switches and you could nor turn the light off and keep the fan on."

"Even though this is a third floor, it was very easy to manage with frequent landings. My significant other is 84 years old and he did just fine. The apartment is nicely decorated in each room. Plenty of hot water. My only two wishes were firstly,check out time could be later so we could get up leisurely and make breakfast. Also would have liked an extra throw for the bed.Definitely will return."

"We were there for my daughter's wedding. All 7 of my granddaughters came to get ready! The apartment was clean well stocked with towels and linens for us all! The yard was gorgeous well taken care of well manicured the very impressed! Thank you to Kathy for having us and we would definitely return again"

"Came down following graduation and were pleasantly surprised by this immaculate and well-appointed house. Enjoyed eating at Evelyn’s in Tiverton and birding at the Emilie Ruecker Wildlife Refuge. "

"Very clean, newly and beautifully decorated home in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos posted. Beds are super comfortable, especially enjoyed the blackout shades in the super sunny bedrooms. Location is superior - quick drive to downtown Newport and mansions/cliff walk. Many good local restaurants if you prefer to stay close. The host is professional and easy to interact with. Would definitely stay again. Wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the back deck/BBQ grill....

"very comfortable and easy. Perfect location for us to stay, to retreat from festivities, nap (it is quiet) and refuel and then rejoin. Met all of our needs perfectly.Stairs if you have children or elderly can be a challenge.The property has beautiful plantings - of particular note is the rose bush in front!"
