"We regularly stay here. The only thing I would ask and this is for all motels that they let you know if the bed is firm or soft. I know it’s a big ask but it’s really disappointing when you’re so tired and get into bed and it’s so hard you can’t rest.
First world problem I know but it’s the only fault I can find."

Hotel looked nice from the outside and the foyer was nice but the hotel rooms were very dated and the carpets had stains on them.

"Traveling for 10 hours. When I arrived, was told the car park was full. Mentioned was a guess, got a rude, condescending reply - park on the road for pay for parking elsewhere. I had three bags with me and was exhausted. There was nothing in the booking that said I had to book parking, and no spots allocated to paying guests.
There are so many other options to stay in Wollongong, so wouldn’t recommend staying here."
