"I stayed for one night in May 2026, and my experience was okay. The bed was comfy, and I slept well, and all of the staff I encountered were very kind and helpful. I had dinner and breakfast there, and the food was overall pretty good. However, the property is very dated and when I arrived I found a long piece of wall/wallpaper hanging off the wall beside the main bed. It looked terrible, and the wall beside it was filthy. "The mattresses and pillows were really bad. Nothing was very clean other than the bathrooms. Our sink made noises most of the night, and our toilet rarely flushed. There was incredibly limited parking. There was a leak on our ceiling and very thin walls. You could hear every other occupant. There was also an unpleasant smell in one of our two rooms."

Got in late, managed to get Tv on and on a channel, but next night there was a Samsung update message that required the remote. then went for a shower…nearly got severe burns from the tankless water heater as it doesn’t seem to work properly (hot is cold, and apparently cold is hot and extremely dangerously hot. "It was terrible the reception was very abusive and right from the moment we checked in and the rooms were disgusting and for all of that they had the cheek to charge £110 per night. Never again if it wasn’t for every other hotel fully booked for bank holiday I would have walked straight back out. "
