"Lovely place, clean and fresh room with heated blanket for those colder evenings, fresh and clean bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities in room well topped up and tv, free parking which is nice and private (although very tight if you have a large vehicle) and loads of choice at breakfast. Little gem of a place, and really good price, I only stayed one night but will definitely book again."

"Solo trip post hiking the Seven Sister's Cliffs. A beautiful and calm place to go to after a challenging hike. My room had a gorgeous view of the English Channel and the entire room and bathroom felt like you were staying in a top spa accommodation. Breakfast was of an array of nice choices. I will come again with my family!"

"A lovely hotel with all the facilities except a car park. But there's plenty off parking nearby, so not a problem. Our room was clean, bright and had a wonderful outlook. Definitely worthwhile having a sea view room. The bar was well stocked and the restaurant served top quality food which was cooked to perfection. But a special thanks must go to all the hard working staff that made our short stay most enjoyable. "

"This was an attempt to put a modern air bnb approach to an old hotel industry. Reception was manned only when you called, entry was by digital number pads and the rooms were quiet. Centrally located and walking distance to the seafront. Will definitively use again."

"Great Sleep! Hotel parking easy, right in front of the hotel, you can purchase a parking permit from the hotel or pay via your phone. 5-minute walk to loads of fantastic restaurants. 10-minute walk to the pier along the beach front. Hotel room was large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, TV had a great selection of channels to watch from, had a great sleep! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great value for money! "

"We used this a base for the beachyhead marathon. Was perfect for our needs. No lift though so expect to be tackling multiple flights of stairs through the labyrinthine property. It was very reasonably priced for location. Though that does translate to the amenities, but if you are looking for a short stay budget option with a bar open 24 hours for guests and 24 acess to pizza, its a great shout and will save you a few quid. Its about 5 or 10 minutes from some excellent local pubs....
