"I grew up near this property wnd watched it fall into didsrepair until it was abandoned and derelict. I have family a few minutes way and they told me wbout the renovations. They gutt3d the building and rebuilt it from the studs out. Our room was very comfortable and clean. They are still working on the lobby, but it is really n8ce now. For golfers, you can see the course from some of the rooms! All in all, a n8ce quiet place to stay. Not far from dining and shopping."

"Overall, it is a nice stay in Philly. At first, it is a little hard to contact the staff, but in the afternoon, the staff contact me from another number. I think they should change the phone number in automatic message after booking ( I called the number a couple of times, no one reply, but new number has a good connection!). Then, the hotel is very clean, more than expected. Bathroom is a little small, but that's fine. The property needs some deposit (~200). And I got refund one day after...
