"Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. The TV was low def -as in 1994 low def. Bathrooms were beyond filthy and smelled like cat pee. Had one pillow case that looked like a dog had it’s way with it. No breakfast—had a coffee machine in the lobby that was not in operation. Staff was very pleasant but next time I will spend more for a nicer place probably."

"I liked EVERY thing about my room. Extremely clean! Nice water shower pressure. Would have preferred a spring lauded firm mattress, rather than the firm foam. "Good location near the convention center and Reading food hall. Room was fine, but AC was super loud, there’s noise at all hours from the street, and curtains didn’t quite close all the way nor block sunlight. Pillows were somehow half size, so not a particularly comfortable sleep. Lobby also very small."

"Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. "

"The Study was outstanding. This place should be the gold standard to put Customerservice should be like at all hotels. From Valerie, who checked us in late at night to Kaitlyn, who made a special request happen, to George and Ashley from housekeeping… to room service.. EVERYTHING was perfect. We could not have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone on a business trip, visiting the local university, or just in town for fun. Thank you everyone!
