"Although the building is a little outdated, its location makes up for its 1990s look. All it really needs is a different colour scheme on the outside. You are within walking distance of pretty much everything, shops, Cole’s, pubs, cafes, restaurants and 50m from patrolled swimming areas. "

"My third time to visit sunny coast. Third time to stay at this hotel. Everything is so good. Had a free bottle of wine. The outdoor pool is amazing. Room is so spacious and staff so friendly. On the last day my flight is in the afternoon. I still got the pass to enjoy the pool after I checked out. I will come back, again!"

"Resort is in a great location & on beautiful grounds, the pool is a huge highlight. The room was quite outdated & rundown. No internet in the rooms to TVs to be able to stream Netflix etc. TV is bedroom wasn’t even able to broadcast free to air without bad static. Room was relatively clean but there was mould on curtains & table centerpiece etc. "

"Congratulations Raffles the apartment was sunny and very comfortable. Heaps of TV channels and Foxtel channels. Large TV screen in the lounge and med in the bedroom. Sliding doors off the lounge and bedroom. Big well equipped kitchen and big fridge. Comfortable lounge suite and good dining table. Our apartment was excellent."

"Great location, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Modern apartments with comfortable beds. Only downfall was they advertised a heated pool and it certainly wasn’t heated, but overall would highly recommend "
