"The shower had no cold water for two days it was boiling hot water that can damage my skin.I asked for house cleaning and when I came back nothing was done it was the same as I left.the next day I asked to make sure there was housecleaning coming to my room and they said yes I will make sure.That night they took the trash but didn’t make the beds.This is really unprofessional and very disappointing.Not to mention the first night I had to switch rooms and the water in the shower was boiling hot...

"It’s a 2 star hotel. My room had two lamps, but one bulb between them. The bedding is thin so you’ll need to crank up the heat during the winter. The front desk staff and shuttle driver were friendly. "

"We traveled with our 2 young elementary aged kids and they had a fantastic time. Nice warm pool (would have been nice if the hot tub was repaired and working). No microwave in rooms but one in the lobby (a small inconvenience). The movies and Mall right across the street and city dock 10 mins away. Prime location!"

"It was okay for the price (around $80). When I first checked in the evening during my road trip, the front desk guy charged me twice. Luckily they returned the money to me. But the main problem: even though it says it’s a nonsmoking room, it was clearly a former smoker’s room or someone was secretly smoking. It felt very smoky, and there was cigarette butts on the quilt. I know what I paid for, but I thought a clean nonsmoking room should have been the minimum. Luckily I had Fabreeze and used...

"This Aloft is surprisingly rundown. Surfaces were frequently chipped or pealing. Paint also chipped or discolored. Staff were great but the facility needs attention. "
