When we checked in, we were told our room was in a different building. By the time we had already valet our car so we had to lug our luggage to the other building which was not not connected to the main building where we checked in. It was some different address altogether though it was within walking distance. That building has no lobby, or customer service people. You can not get any help there. That building did not have wifi. There was no easy way to ask for help. When we walked back to the building where we checked in and told them there is no wifi in our room, they said they were very sorry but it has not been working from a day before. They did not feel it was something we should have been told when we were checking in. It's a "historic" building so I can understand issues like this but customer service should have addressed it proactively. We are not going to stay there again.
