"Checked in, receptionist was lovely. Climbed a load of stairs, along some corridors, down some stairs and up some more, finally got to our room, not a towel to be seen. Away back up and down all the stairs to ask for towels and then back up and down all the stairs again. Finally got to relax after driving all the way from Cornwall. Carpark was good, room was ok. "The hotel and the rooms are getting very tired looking. We were booked for a deluxe room. The bedding was poor, one duvet was paper thin, the other did not fit the cover and was lumpy. The sheets did not fit the beds.
The toilet bowl was cracked, the shower had a leak near the shower head. The cleanliness in the bathroom was poor. Very disappointing."
