Different from staying in a hotel.
Hot drinks offered to us every time we came in.
Beautiful big bedroom with a large bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Clean, tidy, really comfortable bed.
Had the best 2 nights sleep I’ve had for ages.
The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the proprietors are lovely, warm, friendly people.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely return next time we’re in the area.

Das Haus und die Einrichtung haben einen besonderen, sehr eigenen Stil, der perfekt zur Umgebung passt.

"We are local to the area but decided to book to stay the night here after a Sunday roast. The staff went above and beyond in getting our room ready early. Our Sunday roast was top notch! Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to the collapse of one of our dogs, whom we had to rush to the vet hospital in Carmarthen that evening. We would just like to thank all of the hotels staff for their support and assistance, in what has been a very distressing situation."

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at the hotel and eat there twice with 6 other friends. The service was excellent, from the booking process to the bar service and the waiting on in the restaurant. We had a room at the rear of the hotel which was lovely and quiet. The room was large and clean and we had no complaints. The food was superb on both nights and I would highly recommend the Chicken curry. The breakfasts were also excellent. It is worth noting the steps from the car park to the hotel but it...

"All as described. Suggest requesting a room away from main road but lovely decor , fancy coffee machine and great shower. Parking in Bath Road immediately behind is only £1 for 3 hours so £8 for 24hours. Happy to return "

"I’d give Melin Tregyb 5* for cleanliness and the room was large and airy with a very comfortable double bed.
The owners were very quick to respond to emails but it would be comforting for me, as a solo traveller, to have an hour per day when the owners could be guaranteed to be in the building. "

Two wall mounted TV's with working remotes and cutlery and pots etc all available. Comfy bed with towels provided for the lovely bathroom with walk in shower. All in all everything you need for a short stay away."
