"The room was clean and spacious. There was plenty of hot water and the shower head was great . Only bad thing is that there is not much parking on the property. There is parking on the street and a garage 3 blocks away. The woman who was maintaining the breakfast buffet do an amazing job. Nice selection of breakfast choices."

"Room issues: The TV did not work, many of the lights were burnt out, and the toilet was dirty on arrival.
Parking: Expedia lists this property as offering free 24-hour offsite parking. When we arrived, the front desk attempted to provide the free parking, but it was not working. Staff told us to email the hotel manager about it. We emailed promptly and never received a response.
Staff conduct at the hotel: The front desk agent on duty was rude throughout our interaction and refused to tell me...

9.4 de 10, Excepcional, (1.001 opinions)
"It's an old mansion, so there are multiple level of stairs up to the front entrance. The breakfast was included and they were great! Our room was spacious and bathroom recently updated. The only negative I can think of is the room was chilly and there is no thermostat. The heat and A/C are centrally controlled. We really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was nicer than our more expensive "suite" at the Hyatt Regency in Niagara Falls!"
