"First room was disgusting bathroom sink has rusty water all of the counter moved us to a suite and that room seemed to be decent days inn should be ashamed at this property as a whole. Staff is the only good thing this place has they are very helpful. I had to walk my 7 year old daughter passed a room with a man sitting in the doorway with the door wide open completely naked. I will never in 5 extra lifetimes stay here for a single minute"

"Although this is a non smoking motel, we could smell what we think was pot on July 4th. We were leaving in a few hours so we did not contact staff. With only one elevator, there was almost always a wait. The staff were fantastic, very warm and friendly. They made you feel at home. The breakfast was good but standard motel fare. The motel appears to be very new. The lady cleaning the rooms was very nice and helpful. The beds were. Comfortable and the room had microwave, fridge, and coffee...

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Hacienda and we loved it. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked through the doors. Our room was clean and the views overlooking the park were amazing, yet quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda in the morning with our coffee and having breakfast overlooking the river. Then, going for strolls around the pond/park and relaxing with a nice dinner as we listened to a local artist play piano in Sasha's. Our stay is always memorable."

"Full of crackheads. First room was dirty hair in the tub dirt on the floors dirty sheets and blankets. Second room was next door to a couple who fought very loudly about drugs ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. Scared my son at one point it sounded like something was being slammed against the walls. Staff kept coming to “talk” to them but nothing ever happened and they never stopped."

"Hotel was nice and clean. I came around 7pm the front desk lady was rude. She act like she had an attitude. No greeting when coming in the door. She spoke when I said something. She didn’t say what time breakfast end or start and why I have to pay 20 deposit. Overall the hotel was a nice place to stay at."

"We stayed there once before and our experience was better. This stay the garbage wasn’t empty & toilet issue with the bathroom. We had no refrigerator. They call the police outside I don’t know about what and it was like crack heads where hanging outside."
