"We loved a one night stay at Riverside cottages. We were there for a graduation from college of Charleston. And our whole family had a beach house at Folly Beach so we decided to just rent one of the bedrooms in the cottages. It was very pleasant. Everything was clean a good night sleep. "I booked a room for four people and because one person doesn’t sleep with anybody one of us had to sleep on the floor of course it was booked out and no other rooms available the toilet overflowed we had to clean it as customers because the manager said he’d throw up too because my grandson also threw up they gave us gloves and towels to wipe it up the next day they came and finished cleaning it up. "The Dunlin was an amazing stay (3 nights was perfect). Things that stood out were 1) how friendly and helpful the staff were 2) the decor and overall feel of the place 3) the pool and amenities 4) the spa - great services at reasonable prices 5) the restaurants - food was incredible and many ingredients were from nearby farms, they were very accommodating to our 16-month old too. Overall, it was a great place to spend a few days relaxing away from our busy lives with our little family."

"Found the room to be clean, the pool area well maintained, and the dining area common area kept clean. Would suggest if anyone is staying only tonight to have some sort of signage, letting them know that the dirty towels are not taken from the room and fresh towels replaced.
