"Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have stayed at Flag Ship several times because it formerly offered pet-free rooms and spaces. I greatly appreciated this as I have severe allergies to all fur babies, even when just in close proximity to them. This time, I requested a pet free room away from pet-friendly rooms but had people on either side stay with their fur babies throughout the week. This was a bit disappointing. I hope this property will continue to offer pet-free rooms and spaces...

"The rooms are too small for two people. The bed filled about 80% of the room. The bathroom was nice enough, but barely big enough for one person. No shelf space. Suit cases plus everything on the floor. Breakfast was mediocre. For the money I won’t return. Cool building though."

"A clean quiet room, perfectly comfortable. A fair amount of traffic outside but quiet inside. Decent bed. Usual channels on tv, including hbo, but it’s not a smart tv. The showers had three containers for shampoo, etc but they were all empty, which made for a frustrating shower. There was bar soap on the sink counter in the other room. The coffee maker was woefully inadequate, and the coffee not drinkable, imo. The usual breakfast in the lobby, with plastic wrapped pastries etc. Nice...

"This is a great economical alternative to chain motels. It was very clean, affordable and convenient."

"Loved this hotel on the way up and back from our roadtrip up north. It is the perfect location walking distance from wonderful restaurants, shops, and the Shakesphere festival. They have wonderful amenities and a delicious breakfast. The elevator is a bit slow but get to meet lots of happy vacationers waiting at the elevator."
