Overlooking the private beach of Indigo Bay, Villa Olisa is in a tropical environment with spectacular sea view; it offers a private swimming pool, marble terrace, trendy outdoor living room, outdoor dining room on the sea, equipped with a power BBQ, large indoor dining room, a large super-equipped kitchen (where you can show off your talents as a chef), 3 bedrooms with 2 Queen beds and a King bed, 2 large bathrooms with glass showers, an outdoor toilet and shower on the pool.

*Private parking with 2 spaces.
*Air conditioning in each room.
*6 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, 2 parasols and cooler are provided for beautiful days at one of the island’s 37 beaches, either on the French or Dutch side.

A Villa perched on the side of the hill overlooking the breathtaking view of Indigo Bay, Villa Olisa will make your dreams come true. You can view the sea from every bedroom. When you wake in the morning or go to bed at night, your dream is right there, in front of you!

When arriving at the villa you’ll be welcomed with a bottle of champagne on ice and some light refreshments. Danielle, your hostess, who speaks French and English, has lived on the island for over 30 years and will guide you in all your requests.
The nearby Carrefour Market grocery store offers an incredible display of fruits, vegetables, meats and fish, as well as prepared dishes and a vast selection of wines and spirits. There’s also Philipsburg or Simpson Bay just 10 minutes from the villa, with fine restaurants, bars, clubs and shops.

Why not visit one of the 10 casinos on the Dutch side and play some roulette? Ask about tourist attractions, such as visiting Pinel Islet, Tintamarre Island, spending a day on a catamaran, going to Saint-Barthelemy, Anguilla or window shopping on Front Street. On our private Indigo Bay beach, you’ll fall in love with the enchanting French style Indigo Bay and Restaurant. They even serve your champagne directly to your beach chair…you’re living the dream!

Que ce soit l'épicerie pas très loin, Carrefour Market, avec un choix incroyable de fruits, légumes, viandes et poissons, ainsi que des plats cuisinés. Le choix des vins et alcools y est incroyable également.
Ou bien Philipsburg ou Simpson Bay avec tous leurs bons restaurants, a 10 minutes de la villa, leurs bars, clubs et boutiques.
Pouquoi pas aller jouer a la roulette dans un des 10 casinos du côté Hollandais. Posez lui des questions sur les attraits touristiques, comme aller a l'islet Pinel, Tintamarre, passer une journée en catamaran, aller a Saint-Bath, Anguilla ou faire du lèche vitrine sur Front Street. Dans Indigo Bay, sur notre plage privée, Le merveilleux restaurant Francais Indigo Beach Bar et Restaurant saura vous enchanter. Description of Property

I would describe this property as a very nice apartment in a development. It is extremely clean and nicely updated and well stocked. It is half of a semi-detached building, right off of the road. We found the deck /outdoor space limited.This development area is in transition, with lots of construction, so not a place for walks. You need a car to get to the beach. The hillside opposite this property is a vast construction site. The neighborhood is safe and mostly quiet, but outside you can hear constant construction noises. Indigo beach is lovely and the water color is gorgeous! We had a fantastic though expensive lunch (210 for lunch for 4) at the Indigo Beach restaurant. I guess those are St Maarten prices!! We found we needed to travel at least 20/30 minutes to points of interest on the island, though a large supermarket is an easy 10 minutes away. I was hesitant to drive at night so we stayed in. The best part of the property is the manager Danielle! She recommended fabulous activities and restaurants. She's an island insider with great taste! She is super friendly and always available. The owner disrupted our stay by being too busy to manage our booking properly. Overall, I would describe this as a very nice, very safe and clean place to stay, with a great onsite manager, but with limited outdoor space, and slightly inconvenient location.

What an absolutely lovely property with an incredible view. Everything was exactly as described. The views, the amenities, the beach, the accessibility, they were all terrific. Danielle, was wonderful and her recommending rations were spot on. We would definitely return to Villa Olisa.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Danielle. Une visite des lieux nous a permis de constater que la villa est bien équipée, bien entretenue et merveilleusement située. Le cadeau de bienvenue a été apprécié. Les recommandations de restaurants, de plages et d’activités de Danielle et Luc a permis de rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Nous avons déjà hâte d’y retourner !

50th Birthday celebration in St Maarten - Indigo Bay

This villa is exceptional! Not only is it nesselled in the mountains with incredible views of Indigo Bay, Indigo Bay Beach, you can see other islands & faces west to get a lovely sunset! The furniture was nice, and the space was perfect for 4-6 people. The amenities were second to none. Danielle (villa manager) was communicative & even sent a video of spices in the kitchen we did not need to purchase. Many amenities were available & the welcome basket enabled us to not have to dash to the store of every little thing. We did encounter one accident, but I am filing a claim for accidental damage to a glass table through VRBO & hope all can be completed to "do the right thing". After all, that is why we get insurance! The stay was wonderful, the amenities & extras in the house were unlike anything I have ever experienced with a VRBO property. I would 100% recommend & stay here again thanks to Oliver & Danielle plus their stellar customer service!

Awesome!! Would definitely recommend.

The villa is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures do it no justice. The view is amazing. Danielle (who was our point of contact) and her husband were so jovial and welcoming. They were readily available and responded immediately if/when we had any questions or concerns. Danielle was so kind to recommend local drivers for us to get around the island as well as activities and ideas for things to do. Thank you for an awesome time. I definitely recommend!!

A perfect getaway!

First, this property has excellent hosts. Due to unexpected travel snafus we experienced with getting flights, we were able to adjust the dates of our stay without any issue. Villa Olisa was an incredible place to stay. Fabulous location with a beautiful view, and quiet beach/bar/restaurant just down the hill. We also enjoyed how centrally located the villa was to various spots around the island - which made exploring the island very easy. We had two young children, and this was the perfect spot to accommodate our family. The chilled champagne was such a thoughtful touch - and well appreciated after a long day of travel. The villa was well supplied and had plenty of amenities including a plunge pool. Danielle was so gracious to welcome us to the villa (even several hours later than planned due to flight issues). She also provided great recommendations and was available to help if needed. We can't wait to come back again.

Our family loved this villa! Very quaint location with an incredible view. Everything you need and more is provided. Beach chairs, coolers, appliances, kitchen ware, gas grill, etc. Everything is new. Danielle is an extremely helpful host.

Perfect Getaway Property....Beautiful property w/ Amazing View!

Property is perfectly located near attractions of Simpson Bay and Phillipsburg yet set in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood where you can relax and enjoy time with your family. Indigo Bay Restaurant and Beach is within walking distance and great place to spend the day or go for a lunch or dinner. Inside the property was clean and comfortable. Outside the property offered great views and a wonderful atmosphere for a day at the pool with family or a nice dinner on the patio enjoying the view. Very peaceful and we spent many mornings sitting outside watching the yachts and cruise ships coming in.

Great location, lovely views, plenty of space

A good sized 3 bedroom home, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the entry-level, with the main bedroom and large kitchen family room downstairs with patio doors out onto the pool area. It was very peaceful and we loved being in the pool with a glass of wine chilling! Breakfast on the deck in the morning was also very nice.

The Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I absolutely loved this Villa! It was the perfect place to celebrate our 15 year anniversary. It was clean, spacious, and everything was beyond well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Danielle was wonderful and greeted us with champagne and lots of info about the best restaurants, nightlife, beaches, excursions, etc. The location was perfect and I highly recommend renting a car to get around the island. You can get to the other side of the island in 25 minutes. We also loved the Indigo Bay Restaurant (sooo yummy) which was a 2 minute car ride away. The beach there was absolutely beautiful. So many wonderful memories were made here and we hope to make it back again soon!

Stay at Indigo Bay

Absolutely perfect.. the views were breathtaking.. very safe area to go for our morning walks .. the Indigo Beach was calm and beautiful..massage on the beach such a nice touch and Restaurant on the beach was classy and clean the food outstanding Ok to come in right off the beach or dress up and come back for dinner … it doesn’t look like much but we visited many beaches and this one was definitely our favorite Thank you for a perfect stay.. Beautiful property, great location. Close to the beach and Indigo restaurant!

Danielle greeted us upon arrival at the property. Had champagne, beer, waters in the refrigerator. Nicely appointed kitchen! Had everything you needed to make a meal. Nicely stocked with basics: coffee/tea/napkins/TP/PT/cleaning supplies/beach towels/beach chairs/umbrella. Absolutely stunning views. The three bedrooms had very comfortable beds/bedding. This was our second time renting the property and would do again!!

Property was everything we had hoped it would be!

When we first arrived and walked in we were so pleasantly surprised that it delivered everything we expected from photos and explanations. Once we got to the pool and patio space, we all were in awe of the beautiful view and knew we were going to have the relaxing vacation we had hoped for. Beautiful Villa

My friends and I have never been to St. Maarten and wanted a nice place that wasn't too far from the airport and in close proximity to stores, restaurants and a beach. This place had it all. It was an absolutely beautiful villa, clean, nicely decorated, with everything you needed including a well stocked kitchen, a beautiful pool, and beach towels and chairs for days at the beach. There was even a day we never left because we just enjoyed hanging out at the house relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beautiful view. I must say you do need to drive to go anywhere to eat, but that was fine for us since we rented a car to move about the island anyway. Right down the road ~10-15 min is the Simpson Bay area with lots of places to eat. The beach is a bit far to walk since it's down and back up a steep hill, but if you went to the beach for some time, you would want to drive anyway to take chairs and everything else you need. We liked to take a nice morning walk to the beach with a lovely swim for our morning exercise. Danielle was an excellent host, meet us at the villa as soon as we arrived, and was a wealth of information for some great recommendations on the island. Readily available if anything came up as well. If I ever come back to St. Maarten, which I hope to one day, I would definitely rent this house again. Absolutely loved it!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

The property was absolutely amazing. Danielle made check in/out a breeze. The pictures are exactly As advertised. The pool was amazing to relax in after a long day in the sun. Community was nice and easy access to the beach. Only bummer was the indigo beach restaurant was closed for the season. Great rental choice and would do it again when visiting sxm. Fabulous property! Beautiful view! Well appointed and clean.

Villa Olisa in Indigo Green St Marteen did not disappoint. With a spectacular Bay view this was truly a great island get away. A three bedroom immaculately clean property with 2.5 baths allowed plenty of room for a family of 3. The property also had onsite laundry, well stocked kitchen. The well stocked kitchen, outside grill and patio allowed for some truly delicious and fun dinners. (Yes we like to cook on vaca!)We were greeted with a bucket of iced champagne to toast the beginning of our holiday. The property location was perfect. The beach was only short walk away (however we did drive). The property owner supplied beach chairs and umbrella (sun is intense). Grocery stores and shops were also close by. Danielle, the property manager was most attentive and helpful. She recommended some local restaurants. We found Sale and Pepe and Pizza Italy two favorites. Highly recommend Villa Olisa for your island vacation!!

Fantastic villa in a great area

Villa Olisa was perfect for us 4 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 8). It was approximately 10-15 minutes from the airport depending on the time of day and which route we took but it never bothered us. The view was amazing, the kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable and the pool was the perfect size and very clean. Danielle was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the island and the villa. The only thing we found to be less than great was the mosquitoes while sitting outside in the evening but that is no fault of the villa. The mosquitoes are very small so you can't really feel them bite but man do they leave a bite! Bring bug spray! This was not our first rental (many in the States and other countries) but this was the first where we were greeted with little things like champagne, snacks, and even toiletries! Overall, Villa Olisa was a delightful place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return!

A great place for a getaway. Plenty of towels, the kitchen is stocked well, comfortable beds, beautiful pool overlooking Indigo Bay. Highly recommend this property.
