"House is as advertised, perfectly clean and quite spacious for a multi-generational family of nine. Fully updated kitchen and large countertop seating for 5, plus dining room accommodating all. Huge living room with extra large couch and seating areas with large screen 75” TV for family gathering's. Balcony in master was relaxing for morning coffee and main balcony adjacent to kitchen was reflect for cocktails and appetizers. Water toys were terrific and fire pit was perfect for s’mores. "Really enjoyed the stay here, very close to Burlington and a great lake escape. The beach is much bigger and nicer than expected, and use of paddleboards and kayak made for a really fun place to stay. Plenty of space, clean, and tons of outdoor areas to relax in. Recommend! "

"The property is fabulous! Great location, awesome views and a gorgeous home that is newly built and furnished. Each room has great views with two large sliding doors in every room. Property is well maintained, host responded quickly to all of our questions and minor problems that arose. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The beach includes plenty of chairs, SUP and kayaks that our family enjoyed. Everyone in our family asked when are we coming back!"

"Look - its a LOT of pink. Not particularly my aesthetic, but it's still a clean, comfortable room that's close to the colleges and downtown. We walked to restaurants and markets. Definitely would rent again. "

"Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. Very close proximity to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail made this property extra attractive to me. Close to Jeffersonville for any immediate needs. Beautiful, quiet property, cozy cabin, and a wonderful host. Dianne was quick to respond to my questions, and went above and beyond to help make my time extra comfortable. This is a really excellent option for anyone looking to explore the LVRT or just get some quiet relaxation time. I got both and would be happy...
