"Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in the Cin verbracht. Bei durchgehend gutem und nicht zu heißem Wetter, konnten wir das tolle Grundstück und den kleinen Pool gut nutzen. Die Aussicht ist Abend für Abend grandios! Unbedingt ein Fernglas mitbringen! Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. "Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour."

"A nice flat with a wonderful terrace in a small village up to the mountains, beautiful landscape and vegetation. A car is a must and careful driving is important to mention. Private parking is available. In 15 minutes you are at the centre of Chiavari, beach/promenade and the train station. "We had the most amazing three nights stay at this unique and beautiful apartment perched above a boathouse near Portofino. The place was perfect for a group of six- spacious, comfortable and full of character. "We had a wonderful time staying here. We wanted a place where we could stay in, but still enjoy the sea, the town, and the people, and this was exactly that! Beautiful, clean, and close to everything. The host was great, very attentive and timely with our questions. This will forever be one of our best family memories made! "

"This place is an amazing find and great value for what it has to offer. As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !"
