"My overall stay was very good. The breakfast was delicious, staffs were very attentive and courteous. However there was just too many mosquitoes in the rooms, no wash cloths were provided and the towels could use a softener of some kind because it was very rough on skin. Otherwise it was a nice stay. "Upgraded to have our rooms upgraded to ocean view. One Wes not ready, had to stay at the other tower for a night, was then going to be upgraded to a suite, didn’t happen. Supposed to get a special gift basket that those rooms get, never happened. Front desk Wes very helpfull, supervisor not so much. Will go to a Moon Palace again, just not this one."
