"The entire property was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The unit we were given was perfect, lots of space for 4 people and the full kitchen was well used. Having the pools onsite and spread around the property was a great touch and all other owners/guests that we met were very helpful and friendly!"

"Tim has a fantastic house. It's modern, clean, and well stocked. He is easy to reach and communication was easy. The house is within walking distance to the beach, however, it is on a steep hill and may not be easy for all. I would recommend having a car for ease of getting around. "

"Our stay was excellent! The condo was prepared for our arrival and well equipped. The view looking out at the pool was amazing. It is a short distance to a grocery store, restaurants and town. The only issue we had was they were doing repairs to the stucco and the crews were loud outside our bedroom at 7 AM. All in all it is a very nice, safe place to stay!"

"Great Condo in Coco just minutes from the beach. The property was very clean and in a gated community. There are tons of easily accessible pools right near the condo. The condo itself was clean and cool. The washer/dryer in unit was huge at the end of our trip. Ilya was super kind and very communicative. "

"We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious, comfortable, lovely townhome! It’s just a few minute drive to Coco beach where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. My kids especially loved swimming in the beautiful pool, and we loved the sunset views from our bedroom window. In addition, the owners communicated with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and and always responded quickly. We highly recommend staying here!"

"An absolutely wonderful home. It is in a gated community with security making rounds every 30 minutes. The views speak for themselves. Every aspect of the home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen, the pool, the bedrooms, the AC.... etc, etc etc. Everything was perfect. The property manager, Alex, was by far the best manager that we have ever dealt with (and we travel using VRBO quite a bit). He was quick to respond to every question/concern that we had.
