got their own Sunday went to the lunch buffet. It had very little food left, and they weren’t filling the food . The food court was packed. This was supposed to be the low time of year so we didn’t understand. Why there were so many people there. On Monday, Tuesday it was packed so much that we couldn’t even stand in line to get drinks or food or anything because there was so many people there.the restaurant’s at night all had at least 200 people in line waiting to get in the door by the time you get up there you’re not taking anyone else . So we weren’t able to eat in any of the restaurants except the steakhouse one time . Wedit was not so crowded and we thought maybe it was gonna be nice the rest of the time. We were wrong Thursday, Friday and Saturday thousands came. They screamed instead of talking and kept up awake. Their children were unsupervised. I talked to the bartender ask if he knew what was going . he said that they heavily discount the rooms and bring in the locals so that they can fill up all of the vacant rooms. He said they don’t give the staff more people. He said they do this several times a week and the people stay several nights at a time at discounted rates, I was shocked that they would discriminate against people by charging discounted rates to local people and having them come in and use up all the amenities so that the people on vacation that paid full price got no amenities. We paid for a seven day vacation and got one normal day. Lost5 lbs.

Everything about this property was perfect! The staff was exceptional!

We had a very disappointing and sad experience here :( I really hope things can change for the better in the future at this resort because they have an incredible location and nice staff members. The first and second rooms we entered were so hard to breathe in because of a strong musty smell (like a basement) that we moved to a third room. We were getting settled into the third room when we noticed the A/C did not work. We waited for the technician to fix it, but the wait became too long for us. We were also concerned that the problems would only continue, so we decided to leave the resort after a few hours. They were kind to offer us a fourth room, but we did not want to wait for it to be ready and were very concerned about the quality of the resort as a whole at that point. We went to the resort next door and had a fantastic time there. While I understand these things happen, the most disappointing part was the refund request experience. Despite multiple requests, the resort did not provide us with a refund. The refund policy is very strict, with little flexibility based on our experience. We have no hard feelings, as this is business, but I wish we had read more of the lower-rated reviews before booking so we could have had a fuller understanding of what we were getting into. I wish all the best for this resort, but I would encourage you to look elsewhere if you are sensitive to smells in rooms. I hope things can change for the better—there is so much potential there!
