"The hotel itself on the outside looks fairly new or more of an updated hotel on the outside, there is no property to it as it shares a parking lot with a Red Roof in which they clearly share amenities with those residents. Many people were coming over to the hotel from RRI to use their amenities. I didn’t stay for more than 24 hrs so didn’t need any help. The staff was friendly at the desk. Rooms were outdated and you could hear people in o ther rooms. Would not go back."

"Very affordable for 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom place. It is certainly not a 4 star place but the beds are awesome! You rarely see this level hotel care about bed quality. I am in the hospitality industry so I am pickier than most on beds. Stayed here twice for my son who attends Udel. Still 15-20 mins from campus but good enough."

"The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. "

"Check in was super fast and the lady at the front desk was very nice and fast. The bed was very clean and nicely made. For a one night stay it was pretty nice. One thing I do have to complain about is we walked by the pool and it was very yellowish green so we didn’t go in it."

"This is the worst ever hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Me and my family stayed for just 1 day and was terrified. What a pathetic hotel this is…very unhealthful, smells like dope through out the hotel and the room was so dirty, kitchen amenities and bathroom was broke and dirty. Linens was never washed..While sleeping we were constantly getting the dope smell from outside and through out the night. Looks like someone was smoking at outside at the lobby…I booked based on the name thinking it is...

"Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy."
