"This is a completely magical and beautiful spot. We couldn’t stop looking at the gorgeous view! The place is beautiful inside but especially outside. Laura was so nice to us and was extremely helpful. We loved walking down to the movie set and then further down to the lake. The pack of kittens were adorable. "

"After a rough start that had nothing to do with the owner but the other couple renting Bella2, it was smooth sailing.Our host was very helpful and answered all of our questions and helped to give us lots of help getting used to the area. "Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "
