"The house is lovely and very clean, and there were lots of thoughtful and generous touches throughout, like the scones Marie made for us and the fact that Neal put the fire on for us before we arrived. Neal and Marie were very communicative hosts, and shared lots of recommendations etc. with us. The beds are also super comfortable and warm. We enjoyed a really cosy stay - it was lovely in early winter."

"A fantastic little getaway. Tara Cottage was a perfect space for a quick little overnight stay in Daylesford. The place was immaculate, all the amenities were provided from oversized towels to a coffee machine, lots of choices on the TV and a comfy, warm space. Check in was easy, Prue is a wonderful host and we felt very safe and comfortable at the cottage. We didn't bring our dog on this trip, but the food and water bowls (plus treats!) were a welcomed amenity had our pup joined us. Really...

"A lovely little cottage to stay with our pup, who loved the yard space to run around and explore. Close to several nice bushwalks and all that Daylesford has to offer. Great little kitchen with coffee machine, and appreciated the coffee and wine! Also was still cool enough to take advantage of the cozy fireplace. Spa was out of order but they let us know in advance. Overall had a really relaxing stay and will likely return in the future!"

"Studio is a very attractive stone and brick dwelling. What a pleasure to arrive via a sloping curved driveway through a lovely bushy block. All the amenities I needed were inside the comfortable studio, including a very comfortable bed, and a lovely warm shower. Richard and Melissa were warm, friendly helpful hosts. "The property was light, bright and comfortably cool thanks to the thoughtful turning on of the airconditioning before our arrival on a warm day. Beautifully presented and comfortable, we had a lovely stay, breakfasting on the side deck and reading in the lounge area which overlooks the town. Attactions and places to dine are only a couple of minutes drive away, and the nature reserve behind the property was a perfect place for a morning walk. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property was a bit tired, clean and fine. The bed was very uncomfortable for me and my wife so we didn't quite get the full R&R we'd hoped for. I'm guessing the bed is quite old, it was saggy on each side with a raised section in the middle which is typical for old beds, so not easy to get a good night's sleep - and that is in the top couple of things we are after in accommodation.
