"Everything was good and clean."

"Staff was very accomodating. Really enjoyed the place, a bit old timey but for the price you cant beat it. Free Coffee in the lobby was Ok. Free bkfst, was yucks...but no worries Mcd up the road 3 minutes. Loved the manager and his family, they work hard to keep things nice."

"Property was dilapidated. Many areas not in use but oddly in the middle of the space. Looks like there are guests who “live” there. Door to room required dead bolt lock to actually close. No signs outside and looks like an abandoned mall or jail from the outside. Staff was fine but was a very bizarre experience."

"Unique, attractive small property in a beautiful wooded setting. Large rooms, nicely furnished. Rustic feel, but definitely not "roughing it"."

"Loved the size of the room.. family room was cozy. Great size for the three of us that stayed there. Just wish there was a Jacuzzi at the pool area."

"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and large. Breakfast was good. Didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak to that. It rained one afternoon, so we enjoyed the antique mall that was right there. Just enjoyed browsing. It wasn’t very far to the dunes either. Maybe 15 min. Nice restaurants in the area too, and a Walmart close by for when you forget something."

"I saw a sign when I checked in on the counter. It said 8/10. I think this is about right. It is summer time, so you are going to get bugs in the room. Also, the toilet sang all night. That is, it was noisy. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay."

"The property is an older one. It looks like they are actively working on up grading it. The front desk attendant, we believe to be the owner, was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very, very clean. I was actually surprised because the hallway had a mildewy odd kind of smell. The carpet was pieced together. We did not smell it in the room. The air conditioning was good. I cannot comment on the breakfast because we went closer to the marina area to a coffee shop. The location...
