"The only positive thing this hotel has is location, especially if you are visiting the Naval Academy. We first discovered this hotel 3 years ago, it was wonderful. Now, not so much. In the last 6 months we have stayed here on 6 occasions. Sadly, each time has gotten worse. The rooms are in need of attention. Towel bars broken off bathroom door and wall, flooring uneven and buckling, AC not working on 2 visists, elevators broke on 2 visits, adjoining room door handle and latch broke. The most...

"Excellent staff & service!"

"Breakfast was great"

"The one thing that I am so impressed with is how quiet the property is. So many hotels are noisy all night and day. This one, even though it's right next to a busy highway, is pin drop quiet. So much appreciated."

"I was surprised to be unimpressed by the Graduate hotel. The lobby, bar and conference room are beautiful, and it’s within walking distance to Church Circle, but that’s about it. Our first impression was a freezing-cold lobby and a desk clerk who barely acknowledged us and just seemed uninterested in her job. "The hotel was in a location that was not really walkable to anything. Minimal options for snacks or drinks if checking in late. It is what it says - 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms and a small living room and kitchen in the middle. It was pretty dated and needs an upgrade. Beds were comfy. The thing that bothered me most is that there were several bugs in there. We found 4 beetles, dead and alive, and some stink bugs. Just think they need to spray better. Also the entrances in the back buildings feel a...

"The staff so severe"

"I stayed for 5 nights with my small 10 lb dog. I was in town for business and the parking was essential. The kitchenette is very useful and the staff was great. Breakfast was OK but a lot better than other places I have stayed."

"Wonderful staff! Had a problem getting into the bed because it was too high and I was too short. They were wonderful with accommodating my needs! They moved me to a new room and location!"

"Clean comfy bed"

"This boutique hotel is a delight. It is like being transported in time but it does not feel old. It is very rare to be able to stay in an exceptional property like this."
