"3rd stay at the Hotel 11. Exeptional service as always. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds. Had my son and mom with me this trip as they were both flying out the following morning. This is my go to hotel when visiting Calgary. Easy to find and just a beautiful atmosphere."

"Dinner in the restaurant seemed expensive. No complimentary coffee at 0500 in the lobby"

"Likes: waterpark, breakfast buffet, near airport Dislikes: cold air blasting near the pool, reception was always either short staffed or seemed like they lacked training, the towel hook on our bathroom door was broken and was held by duct tape"

"A good clean value"

"Airport shuttle is good and hot coffee for breakfast is helpful. Very nice front desk."

"Room was great. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Dinner was great."

"My only complaint was that our room never got cleaned in our 5 night stay. Out so not disturb sign was out so we got missed. I even scheduled a cleaning for a specific time and they didn’t come."

"Breakfast was ok. The carpets in the hallways were not clean and there were Reno’s being done on the outside! Overall it was ok and location is very good!"
